Kansas City’s Martin Leigh Laws & Fritzlen PC, a real estate and creditor’s rights firm, recently announced its sale of MoKan Title Services LLC, its affiliated title company.

MoKan will continue its relationship with Martin Leigh Laws & Fritzlen offering title insurance coverage for both residential and commercial lenders.

LenderLive Settlement Services LLC purchased MoKan Title.  That company is a subsidiary of the Colorado-based LenderLive Network.

Berry Laws, III, founder of Martin Leigh Laws & Fritzlen PC, while remaining of counsel at that firm, will join LenderLive as director of strategic initiatives.
