CORRECTION: SNAP not under gag order

As reported yesterday: Attorneys for Fr. Michael Tierney, one of several officials of the Kansas City – St. Joseph Catholic Diocese involved in growing allegations of church misconduct and a history of sexual abuse from priests, accused attorneys of abuse victims of violating a gag order and colluding with witnesses through a relationship with SNAP.

The title of that article read: “Attorneys, SNAP Director accused of violating gag order, collusion.”

According to the deposition, only the plaintiffs’ attorney and not the director of SNAP, are accused of violating the gag order and of collusion.
